GURLEY 3/.25¢)

We set off on our 'pilgrimage' to the Rt. 90 Sale early Saturday Morning. Fueled up at a local diner with some breakfast - DH's bribe to go with me!! Much of the usual terrain...

Things to hold pretties and things for good sniffing...

and even a clay treasure ($1 Bennington basketweave dish!)

Some 'Hawaiian' natives were captured and released to our porch..

Some of the loot is going to require heavy 'elbow grease', but I think it shall be worth the effort - I've spent a little time on the right end of this shabby pink reading light (.50¢), and you can definitely see a difference!!

Much buried treasure - can you believe that jewel toned chip-n-dip w/ teak handled server was a mere quarter?!

Alas, the 'holy grail' of the day... an atomic Royal Haeger ashtray and a speckled brown HAEGER planter!

The journey was ended early (noon) to allow me time for an afternoon nap before the big Bachelorette party... Why is it the older I get the longer it takes me to get ready - and RECOVER from a night out??!

Your chip & dip is retro Jeannette--I have the same one plus the box it came in. Believe me, paying 25 cents was a GREAT score!

You are like a Haeger sniffing drug dog! You find it everytime. The Gurley candles are too sweet.

The chip and dip bowls are gorgeous! Growing up, (in the '60's) my mom had those little pilgram candles.
