Earlier this week, DH attended a conference for work, - I tagged along for the 'roadtrip'. 
An evening 'Social Hour' was held at this magnificent local.

HINT: Renting this 'building' (food-drink-transport Extra!) for an evening is possible for the same $$ that the entire piece of property was first purchased!!GOOD LUCK!

Sorry Ladies! So far, no right answer ~AND~ $20,000 isn't the prize (ha, ha!)- it is the amount that the piece of property was purchased for by **HINT**HINT** one of the founders of the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel, NYC.
I'm sure that at least One of followers knows the answer to this!!
