...she's got Class?!

From WINE (corks) to BEER (caps)...

My latest endeavor is a 4-Part Class being taught by a local artist / blogger that I have been following for a while - EAST STREET PINS founder Betsy Sio.    First Class involves bottle cap earrings (?).  Betsy's stuff is Usually VERY tasteful and artistic, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!  I have seen some really interesting ones on ETSY, so I am rather hyped~inspired!! Have to wait to see what the class brings forth, but I'm taking little 'do-dats' and 'graphics' (just to be prepared) so that I could do...  ~Mardi Gras  or ~Chinese New Year or ~Beach or ~Retro Spring   (HA, HA, Kinda like a woman packing to go on vacation - you never know what you may want to wear until the exact minute you are dressing!!)
The Bottlecaps were compliments of  a house party we went to for the SuperBowl!!  Before the game, when I asked a couple of the guys behind the bar to save the evenings bottlecaps for me...  they just looked at 'ME' and said "okay" - they are long-time friends that know 'ME' and don't.even.ask anymore ;-)!!

Cake Pedestal Project Update: Dining Room table is cover with matched up pieces awaiting to be glued 8-)

Class is tonight!
 I can't wait!
I hope it's good!
It will be fun - right?
 Yes.
It will.

So glad you liked the class, now I have to figure out which happy, busy worker you were! Thanks for the kind words. Next class you don't need to bring anything just come ready to pound!

svelte: In your journeys to thrift stores if you find forks, maybe a few spoons, for the last course, PLEASE let me know. I have been looking at a few places with no luck. We certainly don't want silver, I would prefer aluminum. I would also like to experiment with silver plate and/ or stainless steel before the class in May.
