This morning I was back in the kitchen... doing something I truly enjoy - BAKING!!

(DH is a die-hard Steelers fan, so 'technically' I am not favoring either team, but this tray 'just happened' to be the right size for transporting the cookies to the party we will be going to, and I have some great memories from a trip with a group of friends - Cat's Meow?!...)

Win or lose, we Saints fans are just so happy to be in the Super Bowl. I was a died in the wool Steeler fan years ago (had the biggest crush on Franco Harris) but after being down here for so long, the Who Dat fever got me. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed and it's nice to know that so many people across the country are rooting for Da Boys, as well!
The Saints and I would just like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for using that cookie plate. Look what happened! And you know the Cat's Meow was SCREECHIN' last night. Well, as a matter of fact, it being Carnival time and all, it'll be screechin' for another week!!!
Ahhh yes.. the Cat's Meow! Ladies drinks were 2 for 1. Bourbon Street rocks!
I don't typically "do" football, but we normally watch the Superbowl. Missed most of it this year due to the hospital stuff. I wasn't jacked about the half time show - I did see that.
Sounds like you had fun. In honor of you - I am off to do some baking. It is snowing AGAIN and that is our SNOW DAY ritual BAKE!
